LIFE IN PALMER
What it's like to live in Palmer.
Tucked between Guelph Line and Walkers Line, from the QEW up to Upper Middle Road, Palmer is a family-friendly central Burlington neighbourhood with mature trees, wide lots and Palmer Drive winding right through it. Most of it was built in the 1970s and 80s, and it's often called one of Burlington's most overlooked neighbourhoods, which is exactly why so many families love it.
Palmer Park and Lansdown Park have sports fields, tennis courts and playgrounds, and Mainway Recreation Centre is right in the neighbourhood for skating and hockey. With the QEW at the south edge and Burlington GO a short drive away, getting around is easy.
THE HOMES
Family homes with room to grow.
Most homes in Palmer are detached side-splits, back-splits, bungalows and two-storeys on lots around 50 by 100 feet, many of them updated over the years. You'll also find semis, freehold and condo townhomes, and low-rise condos along the edges.
That mix makes Palmer a great way to get into a detached home in central Burlington. Prices change with the market, so reach out anytime for a current snapshot.
