LIFE IN MILLCROFT
What it's like to live in Millcroft.
Tucked between Walkers Line and Appleby Line, from Upper Middle Road up to Dundas, Millcroft is a beautifully planned north Burlington neighbourhood with quiet streets, generous homes and everything you need just around the corner. It was first built in 1986 as a master-planned community, and you can still feel that care in the winding streets, the green space and the replica mill that welcomes you at the entrance. The neighbourhood grew up around Millcroft Golf Club, which is currently running a 9-hole course while part of the property is redeveloped.
Everything is close by, from groceries and coffee to great schools, and Appleby GO and the 407 are both an easy drive.

Executive homes and easy-living townhomes.
Most homes in Millcroft are executive detached homes on 50 to 60 foot lots, built from the late 1980s into the 2000s. There are also freehold and condo townhome enclaves, including bungalow townhomes that are especially popular with downsizers who want to stay in the neighbourhood.

Parks and walks: Millcroft Park is the neighbourhood's hub, with tennis courts, a splash pad and a playground, and the golf club is right in the middle of it all.
Everyday stops: Millcroft Shopping Centre on Appleby Line has the everyday errands covered, from Metro and Shoppers to the LCBO.
On your doorstep: Just across Upper Middle at Appleby, there's a great little cluster of spots. Coffee Culture is perfect for a coffee date, Pür & Simple is my pick for breakfast, and Turtle Jack's and Industria are both easy, fun dinner spots.
